1BoxOffice only allows trusted ticket brokers to list genuine tickets. You will first need to submit a request to become a trusted seller. Our compliance team will contact you shortly after submitting your request. If successful we will grant you access to list your tickets on our platform.

Simply search for the event you would like to list the tickets for and fill in all the necessary ticket information such as Ticket Category, Quantity, Ticket Restrictions and most importantly your Selling Price.

Unlike many other ticket platforms, the great thing about us is we do not charge Sellers to list their tickets with us.

To fulfil your sale and ensure a smooth transaction process, follow these steps:1. Pending Confirmation Email: Upon receiving the "Pending Confirmation" email, note that it initiates security checks with the buyer.2. Confirmation of Sale: Once checks complete, you'll receive a confirmation email. The sale becomes binding and cannot be cancelled.3. Shipping/Transfer/Upload: Immediately deliver the tickets. Use Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or FedEx/DHL/UPS (international).4. Proof of Delivery: Always use recorded delivery to ensure payment. No proof = risk of non-payment.5. Updating the System: After dispatch, update the system with tracking info.Following these ensures a smooth and secure transaction for everyone involved.

You will receive payment for your delivered tickets according to the following schedule:Payout Dates: 2nd and 16th of each month.Eligibility: Orders must be at least 10 working days old before payout.Bank Transfer: Free in Europe; international transfers may incur charges.Ensure timely fulfilment and provide proof of delivery to avoid delays.

If you have a confirmed order but no longer possess the tickets:Contact support immediately.Failure to supply tickets will result in a £25 fine plus replacement costs.Your account may be suspended and payments held.Communicate early to minimize impact and maintain seller integrity.
