It's essentially Parisian and a must-see for any visitor. Climb to the top for panoramic city views, or ride on the elevators for an unforgettable experience.

If you're looking for something more active, how about a bike ride along the Seine? You can cover many ground that way and see some of the most beautiful parts of Paris. Or visit one of the city's many museums—endless options. No matter what you choose to do, we're sure you'll have a great time in Paris. So go out and explore!

Louvre Museum

A sizable collection of sculptures, including Venus de Milo and other artefacts from ancient cultures, are also on display at the museum. Tickets to the museum are 15 euros for adults and are available from 9 am to 6 pm. Tickets can be bought at the door or online.

Notre Dame Cathedral

Please take a tour of the Notre Dame Cathedral; it's one of the most famous churches in the world, and it's worth a visit. The architecture is impressive, and you might catch a choir performance if you're lucky. Or you could wander around Paris and take in the sights and sounds of this beautiful city. There's something for everyone in Paris, so you're sure to find something that excites you.

Luxembourg Gardens

Why not visit the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens? Stretching over 23 hectares, it's one of the city's largest and most famous public parks. The gardens were created in 1612 by Marie de Medici, the widow of King Henry IV of France, and are named after her homeland, Luxembourg. There's something for everyone here, from exquisite flower gardens to a large pond, children's play areas, and even a mini-zoo. So if you're looking for a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of Paris, the Luxembourg Gardens are a great place to visit.

Arc De Triomphe

How about visiting the Arc De Triomphe? One of the most well-known sites in Paris and worth a visit. The Arc de Triomphe's inner and external surfaces honor those who fought and lost their lives for France during the French Revolution and the Napoleonic Wars. They are inscribed with the names of all French soldiers and generals. Its vault conceals the Unknown Soldier's First World War grave.

Sacre Coeur

One of Paris's favorite places is the Sacre Coeur Basilica. It's a beautiful church located on top of Montmartre Hill. You can climb the steps to get there if you have the energy to do so, but there's also a funicular if you don't feel like walking. Once you're there, take in the fantastic views of Paris. And don't forget to visit the crypt, which is home to some interesting historical artifacts.

Place De La Concorde

One of the favorite spots is Place De La Concorde. It's right in the center of Paris and offers terrific views of the Eiffel Tower. Plus, there's a ton of history here—where Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette were executed during the French Revolution. In addition, the magnificent Luxor obelisk, built in 1836 and since synonymous with the Place de la Concorde, stands in the middle of the square. The granite monument, which is more than 3,000 years old and stands 23 meters (75 feet) tall, was given as a gift from Egypt to France in 1829.

Palace of Versailles

A great option is to visit the Palace of Versailles, located about 20 kilometers southwest of Paris. King Louis XIV originally built this palace in the 17th century as a royal residence. Over the years, it has been named a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has served as a prison, a museum, and an exile zone. The Palace of Versailles is massive, so be prepared for a lot of walking. But it's well worth it because you'll see some of the most beautiful architecture in the world and stunning gardens, as well as The War Room, the Peace Room, and the Mirror Hall. The Hall of Mirrors, the most famous chamber in the palace, was built by architect Louis Le Vau to replace an expansive terrace that opened onto the garden.

River Seine Cruise

Typically, Seine River Cruises start and terminate in Paris. You usually begin and end your Seine River cruise in Paris, where ships dock close to the Eiffel Tower. Cruises depart from and return to Rouen, Caudebec-en-Caux, or Honfleur.
