Roma Complete the Signing of La Liga Top Scorer Artem Dovbyk from Girona

Roma has completed the signing of Ukrainian forward, Artem Dovbyk from Girona in a deal worth €30. 5m plus add-ons. The 27-year-old forward, who scored 24 goals in 36 games for Girona last season, will move to the Italian giants after snubbing Atletico Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

Roma’s new manager, Daniele De Rossi, cannot wait to have Dovbyk on his team, especially noting that he is a great scorer and will be very effective in the Serie A league.

Dovbyk’s season at Girona was outstanding with 24 goals and 8 assists helping the team finish third in La Liga and qualify for the Champions League for the first time.
