European Championship 2021

The 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, known as UEFA Euro 2020 is the 16th UEFA Championship of Europe and organized by the Union of European Football Associations. Many countries have shown their interest in hosting the Euro 2020-21, but the UEFA president has indicated that rather than having one host country, there can be up to 12 cities hosting the tournament. Each city will host three group stage matches and one match in the round of 16 or quarter-finals. Note that if both host teams qualified directly or both advanced to the play-offs, a draw would be done to determine who can play all three group stage matches at home.

Euro 2020 Teams: Which 24 countries have qualified for 2021 finals?

There are 24 teams competing in the EURO 2020-21. There are six groups and each group is made up of four teams. There would be sixteen teams competing in the play-off section. Those sixteen groups are divided into four groups where one team of each group will be qualifying. The opening game involving Turkey and Italy will be kicked off at the  Stadio Olimpico in Rome. With Portugal as the defending champions. Euro 2021 schedule: when is Euro 2021?

Here is a summary of the UEFA euro 2021 dates. Euro 2021 will kick off on June 11, 2021 and it will end on July 11, 2021.
