On 10 September 2026 the same padded seat in Westview, the West Stand Upper concourse at Stamford Bridge, was listed by Club Chelsea at £265 for Leeds United and £625 for Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City. That gap, more than double for an identical seat, is the single most important thing to understand about Chelsea hospitality packages: the opponent sets the price, not the lounge. This guide lists every matchday package the club is selling this season, what each one includes, how the price moves fixture by fixture and the rules on drinks, dress and resale that catch first-time buyers out.

Article Summary: Stamford Bridge hospitality for 2026/27 runs from £265 per person for a seat-only Westview package at a low-category Premier League fixture to £8,295 per person for the Dugout Club Home experience against Manchester City. Club Chelsea prices every package per fixture and all sales are final. Cash-bar packages start at £325, complimentary-bar dining at £450, and the new Harris Suite and Clubhouse run from £750 to £3,800 by opponent.

  • Westview, Club Chelsea's lowest-priced matchday package, was listed from £265 per person on 10 September 2026, rising to £625 for Chelsea v Liverpool on 5 December 2026.
  • The Dugout Club Home package, with seats above the home dugout and a post-match player meet and greet, ranged from £1,950 (Crystal Palace, Sunderland, Ipswich Town) to £8,295 (Manchester City) as of 10 September 2026.
  • Stamford Plaza, the entry point for a complimentary bar with dining in the 1905 Restaurant or Frankie's Sports Bar, cost £450 for AFC Bournemouth and £1,100 for Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City as of 10 September 2026.
  • Club Chelsea hospitality suites open two and a half hours before kick-off, alcohol is served from 10am under licensing law and every area closes one hour after the final whistle.
  • Reselling any football match ticket in England and Wales without the club's written authorisation is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, and Club Chelsea states that packages bought outside its authorised channels are invalid.

Chelsea sells hospitality through its own Club Chelsea platform and a short list of named agencies, and the demand comes from a simple constraint. Stamford Bridge holds roughly 40,000 according to the club's own visiting supporters guide, the smallest capacity among the traditional big six, so the general sale for marquee games rarely reaches non-members. Hospitality is the one route that guarantees a seat for Liverpool or Arsenal without membership points, and for the same reason it is priced like a scarce asset. For fans who want the match without the meal, Chelsea tickets for every home fixture are listed on 1BoxOffice with a 150% money-back guarantee, which is covered later in this guide.

Bottomless at the Bridge, a Chelsea Women package with an unlimited buffet and bottomless house wine, prosecco and beer, was listed from £109 per person the same day. The club's own agency also sells Rose & Ball, Museum and Blues Dining packages, quoted on 10 September 2026 at £329, £399 and £399 per person inclusive of VAT, with the Museum option adding a mini stadium tour and Blues Dining served in the 55 Restaurant inside the Stamford Bridge hotel.

Why Hull City Costs £275 and Liverpool Costs £625 for the Same Westview Seat

Graphic demonstrating fixture-based dynamic pricing for Westview seats, comparing a £275 Hull City match to a £625 Liverpool match, accompanied by a tier pyramid showing demand levels across opponents.

The "from" price is the floor for the lowest-priced fixture the package is offered at, and Club Chelsea reprices every experience for every fixture. Pulling the listed price for five packages across all 18 Premier League home fixtures on sale on 10 September 2026 shows how steep the curve is. Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City sit at the top, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur form a second band, Newcastle United and Aston Villa a third and the promoted and mid-table clubs the base. A blank cell means the package was not listed for that fixture on that date, usually because it had sold out or had not been released.

Everton, 15 May £280 £425 £550 £625 £1,950
Brentford, 30 May £495 £750 £975 £1,195 £3,725

All prices are per person inclusive of VAT as listed by Club Chelsea on 10 September 2026, and the club states that availability and pricing may vary through the season. Every date after October is marked provisional, because television selections and cup draws move kick-offs. The final-day Brentford game is priced like a top-half fixture, which reflects the closing-weekend demand rather than the opponent.

The premium suites stretch even further. The Harris Suite was £825 for Crystal Palace and £3,500 for Chelsea vs Manchester City, Chelsea vs Arsenal and Liverpool. The Diamond Suite peaked at £7,500 for Liverpool, and the Corner Club, a 20-seat private balcony, ran from £895 for Fulham to £4,400 for Liverpool. For Chelsea vs Manchester United on 31 October the Clubhouse was £3,425 and the Dugout Club away-side seats £4,749, while the Chelsea vs Tottenham Hotspur derby on 24 October carried the VVIP Dressing Room Experience at £1,900 per person, against £650 for Hull City.

Cash Bar, Complimentary Bar or Champagne: Reading the Drinks Small Print

Three-panel image highlighting drink package tiers inside Stamford Bridge hospitality: Cash Bar with prices, Complimentary Bar, and Champagne bar service.

Three of the 15 packages do not include alcohol in the price. Westview sells food and drink from its Market Hall, while the Captains' Bar and the Canoville Suite run a cash bar, so a £325 Captains' Bar ticket for Hull City buys the padded seat, the lounge and complimentary tea and coffee and nothing more. The first complimentary-bar package is Under the Bridge at £335 for Crystal Palace, which includes beer, house wine and soft drinks but not spirits. Stamford Plaza, the West Club, the Harris Suite and the Clubhouse add house spirits. Champagne on arrival appears only at Sapphire Suite box level, and the Dugout Club adds premium wines and cocktails according to the club's package description.

Two legal points shape how those bars work. Under the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985, alcohol cannot be consumed in view of the pitch at designated football matches, so every drink stays in the suite or lounge and the seat itself is dry. Club Chelsea also notes that licensing rules prevent alcohol being served before 10am in any area, which matters for the 12:30 Manchester United kick-off and any lunchtime fixture. Where a package includes a plated meal, the club will not guarantee a full three-course service to anyone arriving less than an hour before kick-off, and starters stop 45 minutes before the whistle.

Seasonal Memberships, Boxes and the Games That Are Sold Separately

View from a Chelsea VIP hospitality lounge overlooking the pitch at Stamford Bridge, with a blue seasonal membership folder and tickets for Premier League, Carabao Cup, FA Cup, and Champions League.

Club Chelsea's seasonal hospitality covers every Premier League home fixture for a single annual fee and is the only route into several suites. The 2026/27 seasonal list on 10 September 2026 included the Captains' Bar, Managers' Bar, Canoville Suite, Champions' Club, Executive Club, Canaletto's, Ossie's Suite, Under the Bridge, Westview, the Harris, Drake, Tambling, Clarke, Bonetti and Hollins Suites, private Club Boxes and the Millennium Suites, plus the new Clubhouse and Clubhouse at Harris. The club does not publish seasonal prices on the public page and sells through a waiting list. Ticket Compare reported in June 2025 that the waiting list carried a £120 deposit for lounges, bars and Westview, with a larger deposit for boxes, and quoted seasonal membership from around $5,900 for a Managers' Bar seat to more than $135,000 for a private Club Box in 2025/26. Treat those as last season's indicative figures rather than a live 2026/27 price list.

Cup and European fixtures are not part of the Premier League price grid. Club Chelsea releases Carabao Cup, FA Cup and Champions League hospitality separately once the draw confirms a home tie, and the pitchside elements of the Dugout Club are only available for Premier League and domestic cup fixtures under the club's terms. For reference, Yahoo Sports reported in February 2026 that the Champions League round of 16 second leg in March 2026 was priced from £395 for Westview to £7,500 for the Dugout Club Home, so European knockout nights land close to the Liverpool and Arsenal band. Chelsea's 2026/27 Champions League home hospitality had not been released as of 10 September 2026.

Dress Code, Children, Arrival Times and Which Door You Use

Four-panel image composite featuring a couple entering Club Chelsea hospitality, a father and son walking toward Stamford Bridge, Fulham Broadway station signage, and stadium reception entrances.

Smart casual applies across every Club Chelsea area. Smart trainers, smart jeans and tailored shorts are permitted; tracksuits, casual shorts and away colours are not, and entry is at the discretion of stewards. The dress code is waived for children under 12 and for guests in Westview, the Captains' Bar, Managers' Bar, Museum, Canoville Suite, Champions' Club and Frankie's, though away colours remain banned everywhere because every hospitality area is designated a Chelsea home area. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Suites open two and a half hours before kick-off, or 5.30pm for evening games, with four exceptions published by the club. Under the Bridge and the Dugout Club open three hours before, the Museum package opens five hours before with the mini tour in the first hour, and Blues Dining in the Stamford Bridge hotel opens at 10.30am for lunchtime kick-offs. Fulham Road closes to traffic at least 90 minutes before kick-off and stays shut until an hour after the final whistle, so the club recommends the District line to Fulham Broadway rather than driving. Entrances are split by stand: the Millennium Suites, Harris and Drake Suites use the Millennium Reception in the West Stand, Club Boxes 1 to 31 use the West Middle North and South receptions, and the Dugout Club, Executive Club, Canaletto's and the East Stand bars all enter through the East Stand Reception. The full list is on the Club Chelsea venue information page.

Who Is Allowed to Sell Club Chelsea Hospitality

Diagram showing authorized channels for buying Club Chelsea hospitality tickets (website, sales team, authorized agencies) with green checkmarks, alongside an unauthorized seller warning with a red cross.

Club Chelsea hospitality can be bought from the club's own hospitality site, its sales team or a named set of authorised agencies, and the club warns that a package bought anywhere else is invalid and can be refused at the turnstile. That is not only club policy. Under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 it is a criminal offence for an unauthorised person to sell, or offer to sell, a ticket for a designated football match in England and Wales, and hospitality tickets fall within that definition. Before paying any agency, ask for confirmation in writing that it is an authorised Club Chelsea reseller for the fixture in question. This is general guidance, not legal advice.

Payment terms are strict. Club Chelsea states that all matchday hospitality sales are final, with no exchange or refund once payment has been received, and every fixture date is listed as provisional. The practical consequence is that a Saturday 3pm booking can become a Sunday 4.30pm television pick after purchase, and the package simply moves with it.

Big-Match Seats Without the Hospitality Premium

Graphic illustrating options for buying Chelsea tickets without hospitality premiums, displaying standard ticket sales versus secondary marketplaces, along with pricing tiers based on fixture demand.

The gap between hospitality and a standard ticket is widest at the top fixtures. For Liverpool, the seat-only Westview package was £625 per person on 10 September 2026, which is the price of the padded seat and the concourse rather than any food or drink. Fans who want to be in the ground for the marquee games without paying the lounge premium have two routes. The first is the club's own general sale and members' sales, which the companion guide on how to buy Chelsea tickets without membership covers window by window. The second is a verified secondary marketplace, where 1BoxOffice lists standard seats across all four stands with a 150% money-back guarantee if a ticket is not delivered in time for the match, and has done since 2006.

Which route wins depends on the fixture. For Hull City or Everton the club's own sale is likely to reach general availability and a Westview seat at £275 to £280 is a reasonable upgrade on a standard upper-tier ticket. For Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City and the two Manchester United and Tottenham derbies, general sale rarely opens to non-members, so the choice narrows to hospitality at £625 upwards or the secondary market.

How Chelsea's Prices Line Up Against the Emirates

Infographic comparing Chelsea's Stamford Bridge and Arsenal's Emirates stadium hospitality ticket prices, showing Chelsea ranging from £265 (Westview) to £8,295 (Peak vs Man City), and Arsenal ranging from £239 (The Academy) to £6,999 (Hero Experience).

Chelsea's entry point is competitive and its ceiling is not. Arsenal's entry-level Club Level package, The Academy, was listed from £239 per person on 9 September 2026 according to the 1BoxOffice Arsenal hospitality guide, £26 below Westview, but Arsenal's new behind-the-dugout Hero Experience, the Emirates equivalent of the Dugout Club, was reported by City AM in June 2026 at £2,995 for low-profile games and £6,999 for the visit of Chelsea in September 2026. Chelsea's Dugout Club Home for the return fixture on 13 March 2027 was £7,100 on 10 September 2026, and its Manchester City price of £8,295 is the highest single per-person hospitality figure either London club has listed this season. The Manchester City hospitality guide and Manchester United hospitality guide set out the price bands at the Etihad and Old Trafford for comparison.

FAQsChelsea Hospitality Packages and Prices 2026/27

1. How do Chelsea hospitality tickets arrive?

  • Club Chelsea emails the tickets and matchday information to the lead booker three to five days before the fixture, and every Stamford Bridge ticket has been digital since the 2025/26 season.

2. Can you leave Stamford Bridge and come back in during a hospitality matchday?

  • No re-admittance applies to every hospitality area, so once a ticket has been scanned at the turnstile it cannot be scanned again, including for guests who step outside to smoke.

3. Does a Chelsea hospitality lounge stay open for extra time or penalties?

  • Every Club Chelsea hospitality area closes one hour after the final whistle on 90 minutes and does not stay open longer when a cup tie goes to extra time or a shoot-out.

4. Can you take a bag into Chelsea hospitality?

  • Bags larger than A4 (100mm by 200mm by 300mm) are refused at Stamford Bridge and there is no storage facility, so luggage cannot be checked in at the suite or restaurant.

5. Can away fans buy Chelsea hospitality tickets?

  • Supporters of the visiting club can book, but the club treats every hospitality seat as a home area and can eject anyone wearing away colours, including scarves, or openly supporting the opposition, without compensation.

For a Chelsea home game where the lounge matters less than the seat, 1BoxOffice has listed tickets for Stamford Bridge fixtures since 2006 and backs every order with a 150% money-back guarantee.
