The dearest adult season ticket in the same ground is £800. That gap sums up Coventry City hospitality packages in 2026/27: seven match-by-match hospitality rooms, seasonal places almost gone and no public price list for single matches.
Article Summary: The match-by-match hospitality offer at Coventry City's home, the Coventry Building Society Arena, lists seven rooms plus 12-seat executive boxes in 2026/27. Coventry City describes three rooms as all-inclusive, the others cover part of the food and drink and single-match prices are shown only inside the club's ticketing system. Seasonal places in most rooms are sold, so access is fixture by fixture.
- Coventry City listed Amp Bar & Grill seasonal hospitality at £5,250 excluding VAT, or £6,300 including VAT, per person and marked it sold out on 30 September 2026.
- The Watchmakers seasonal hospitality started at £4,800 per person including VAT plus booking fees in the club's 2026/27 brochure and was marked sold out on 30 September 2026.
- Coventry City's last published matchday list, dated 18 July 2025, started at £80 for the Balcony Street Bar and £1,500 for a 12-guest executive box, both including VAT.
- Coventry City's 2026/27 hospitality guidance states that lounges open two and a half hours before kick-off and close one hour after the final whistle, although The Race Experience has no post-match access.
- Home football shirts are permitted in four Coventry City hospitality areas and banned in four others, under the dress code the club published for 2026/27.
Promotion rewrote the whole offer. On 11 June 2026, Coventry City put three signature seasonal hospitality spaces on sale: the Engine Room, Amp Bar & Grill and The Watchmakers. Vice Presidents became the Engine Room. The Mahou Lounge became The Watchmakers in April 2026, as CoventryLive reported. On 19 August 2026 the venue operator Legends Global announced a ten-year partnership covering the arena's hospitality, backed by more than £15 million of joint investment over three years. For Coventry City vs Newcastle United on Monday 12 October, two of the seven lounges were not on offer when hospitality went on sale.
Seven rooms, a racing simulator and a row of boxes

Coventry City's matchday hospitality listings name seven rooms and the executive boxes for single matches. Two more products, The Mill and The Front Man, are sold by the season only. The club's summary is that the Engine Room, The Watchmakers and the Amp Bar & Grill are all-inclusive, while Club Cov, the Balcony Street Bar and the Coventry Building Society Lounge include "some food and beverage". The individual listings, checked on 30 September 2026, are more precise than that summary.
| Room | Where you sit | Food | Drinks | Also included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Engine Room | Centreline Directors' Box seats, West Stand | Five-course tasting menu | All-inclusive before the match and for one hour after | Ivory Bar reception, reserved table, former player and man of the match interviews, VIP parking subject to availability |
| Coventry Building Society Lounge | Halfway line within the Directors' Box, West Stand | Multi-course informal dining with a carving station | All-inclusive before the match and for one hour after | Ivory Bar reception, unreserved lounge seating, one VIP parking space per four seats bought together, subject to availability |
| Amp Bar & Grill | Block B padded seats, just off the halfway line | Steakhouse and grill menu | Inclusive all day until one hour after the final whistle | Reserved table, resident DJ, former player interview |
| The Watchmakers | Upper balcony padded seats | Three courses with a choice of dishes | Selected beers, wines and soft drinks before the match and at half-time, cash bar at full time | Pitch-view restaurant, reserved table, former player interview |
| Club Cov | Padded seats in Blocks B and E | Complimentary pre-match food such as tacos, sliders and salads | Cashless pay bar | Level One lounge, former player interview, man of the match interview subject to availability |
| Balcony Street Bar | Balcony padded seats | One street food dish | One welcome drink, then a cashless pay bar | Top-floor Premier Lounge, live music, unreserved tables |
| The Race Experience with TGR Haas F1 Team | Block 5 | Informal street food before the match | Complimentary beers, wines and soft drinks before the match | Racing simulators, access to The Story, 10% off in the Cov Store on the day |
| Executive boxes | Padded seats directly in front of the box, 12 guests | Two courses plus half-time food | Welcome and half-time drinks, then a cashless pay bar | Private suite with a television, up to two parking spaces subject to availability |
Three details separate rooms that look alike on paper. The Engine Room and the Coventry Building Society Lounge share the same Directors' Box seats and the same drinks terms, so the difference is the meal: a tasting menu at a reserved table against informal dining in an unreserved lounge. The Engine Room menu is a residency by Simon Rogan's Umbel Restaurant Group, according to the Legends Global announcement.
The Watchmakers is described by the club as all-inclusive, yet its listing stops the free drinks at half-time and runs a cash bar afterwards. The Race Experience is the lightest product of all. Guests use the general admission concourse at half-time and the listing states there is no post-match hospitality or access.
What a season costs, and what is left

Two seasonal prices were published on the club's listings when checked on 30 September 2026, and both rooms are sold out. Coventry City's seasonal listing for the Amp Bar & Grill showed £5,250 excluding VAT, or £6,300 including VAT, per person with a sold out label. The club's Seasonal Hospitality 2026/27 brochure put The Watchmakers from £4,800 including VAT plus booking fees, and that listing also read sold out on the same date.
Spread across the 19 home league games, the Amp works out at about £332 a match and The Watchmakers at about £253. Both memberships also cover home cup fixtures, so the real figure per game falls with every FA Cup tie drawn at home. For scale, the Coventry Telegraph reported adult season tickets at £625 in the Standard Zone and £800 in the Premium Zone, roughly £33 to £42 a game.
Club Cov and The Mill, a ground-floor bar with Block A seats and no food included, were both marked sold out as well. The club's hospitality landing text describes seasonal places as "almost sold out". No seasonal price was shown for the Engine Room, the Balcony Street Bar or the executive boxes on that date, so those are a phone call to the hospitality team.
No price list: the figures that do exist

Coventry City has not published a match-by-match hospitality price list for 2026/27. Prices appear only once you are logged in to the club's ticketing system and looking at a specific fixture. The most recent public list is the club's on-sale notice of 18 July 2025, written for a Championship season.
| Room in July 2025 | Name in 2026/27 | From, including VAT | What that price bought |
|---|---|---|---|
| Executive box | Executive box | £1,500 per box | 12 guests, two-course meal, welcome bucket of beer |
| Mahou Lounge | The Watchmakers | £170 per person | Four-course tapas menu, selected drinks before the match and at half-time |
| Vice Presidents | Engine Room | £120 per person | One-course meal, one welcome drink, Directors' Box seat |
| Balcony Street Bar | Balcony Street Bar | £80 per person | One street food item, one welcome drink |
All four figures were quoted "subject to fees" and subject to match category. Treat them as a floor, not a forecast. The £120 Vice Presidents place bought one course and one drink. The Engine Room that replaced it serves five courses with an inclusive bar, so the two prices are not comparable. Goal's guide to the Newcastle fixture, published in late September 2026, estimates hospitality at roughly £120 to £250 or more per person, a range whose lower end matches last season's list and which the club has not confirmed.
Other promoted clubs give a firmer reference. Sunderland's lounges started at £170 for the visit of Brighton & Hove Albion when we checked Seat Unique on 21 September 2026. Leeds United's Centenary Pavilion started at £229 on 17 September 2026 with a two-course meal. Those are the nearest dated benchmarks until Coventry publishes its own. The price will also vary by opponent: last season's list was priced by match category and the club has classed Newcastle as a category A fixture.
One saving has disappeared from view. In 2025/26, adult season ticket holders could take £10 per person off any package by booking by phone. None of the 2026/27 notices checked repeats that offer.

Who gets to book, and when

Match-by-match hospitality is released in phases, a few weeks before each game. The Newcastle release shows how it works. Member sales for standard tickets and hospitality both opened at 10am on Friday 25 September 2026, with supporters holding previous purchase history following for standard tickets on 30 September. Six products were offered: the executive boxes, the Engine Room, the Amp Bar & Grill, The Watchmakers, the Coventry Building Society Lounge and The Race Experience. Club Cov and the Balcony Street Bar both showed as sold out on the club's listings five days later.
Goal's guide to the Newcastle fixture states that matchday hospitality needs no membership. The club's own notices do not say that. For the EFL Cup tie with Aston Villa on 16 September, hospitality was put on sale "to Sky Blue Members". The Newcastle notice sets the limit per member. Neither names a general sale date for hospitality, so confirm your eligibility with the hospitality team before paying for a membership on that assumption. Our guide to buying Coventry City tickets without a membership covers the general admission side.
- Limits: four hospitality tickets per member, rising to 10 when accounts are linked to other 2026/27 members.
- Where to buy: online through the club's ticketing account, or through the hospitality team by phone and email.
- Groups: the club asks larger parties to email the hospitality team instead of booking online.
- Timing: the seasonal listings on 30 September 2026 showed match-by-match tables on sale for the next two home fixtures only.
Two dress codes, split by room

Coventry City runs two dress codes and the dividing line is the football shirt. At least one agency guide gives a single no-colours rule for the whole arena, which is wrong for half the rooms.
| Rooms | Home shirts | Also not permitted |
|---|---|---|
| Club Cov, Balcony Street Bar, executive boxes, The Watchmakers | Permitted, with a neat appearance | Ripped jeans, sportswear including tracksuits, hats, caps, flip-flops, sliders |
| Directors' Box, Engine Room, Coventry Building Society Lounge, Amp Bar & Grill | Not permitted | Ripped jeans, sportswear including tracksuits, hats, caps, flip-flops, sliders |
Smart jeans, tailored shorts and smart trainers are acceptable everywhere. The stricter code closes the obvious loophole: a guest who wears a replica shirt under a jacket and removes the outer layer inside will be asked to leave. Children under 12 get a more relaxed code in every room. Away club colours are not permitted in any hospitality area.
Which room fits which matchday

Start with the clock. The club's 2026/27 guidance gives opening as two and a half hours before kick-off and closing as one hour after the final whistle. Its matchday guide for Hull City on 29 August bore that out: hospitality opened at 12.30pm for a 3pm start and closed at 5.45pm. Times have differed by fixture in past seasons and The Race Experience ends at kick-off, so check the email sent before your game. On the stated rule, doors for the 8pm Monday match with Newcastle would open at 5.30pm.
- Food first: the Engine Room, for the tasting menu and drinks that run an hour past full time.
- The same seats for a looser afternoon: the Coventry Building Society Lounge, with Directors' Box seating and an inclusive bar but no reserved table.
- Atmosphere: the Amp Bar & Grill, where a DJ plays from arrival and the steakhouse menu comes with an inclusive bar.
- A view while you eat: The Watchmakers, the only restaurant that looks onto the pitch, with a bar bill after the final whistle.
- A party of 12: an executive box, remembering that drinks beyond the welcome and half-time rounds are paid for.
- A younger group: The Race Experience, provided nobody expects a lounge at half-time or after the match.
Club Cov and the Balcony Street Bar, the two social rooms where a home shirt is allowed, were the first to show as sold out for the Newcastle release. If either matters to you for Coventry City vs Aston Villa on 12 December, watch for the release notice instead of waiting for the week of the game. All dates remain subject to television selection. The Coventry Building Society Arena seating plan shows how the West Stand blocks and the upper balcony sit against the pitch.
