Spirits are the detail that catches people out. In Village Street and Trinity Place Bar the inclusive drinks cover selected beer, wine and soft drinks, they stop at half-time and the bar is card-only after the final whistle. Spirits are included from the restaurant tier upwards.

The higher tiers are usually quoted before tax. Booking one match without a membership
No membership, season ticket or purchase history is required for hospitality. Seat Unique's terms set no limit on quantity and allow guest checkout, which suits visiting groups and supporters travelling from outside the UK, the Gulf included, who cannot build a ballot record.
The seasonal route is closed. Chief executive Angus Kinnear said before the 2025/26 season that seasonal premium memberships had sold out across the bars and restaurants, which leaves match-by-match sales as the way in.
Two conditions deserve attention before paying. Seat Unique's terms state that its Everton tickets may not be resold and are not refunded if television moves the fixture. Everton's Premium Portal says there is no resale platform for premium members, although a member can transfer a seat digitally to any guest, member or not.

Everton's own rule is smart casual with club shirts permitted; fancy dress and away colours are not. Sellers are stricter. Seat Unique's FAQ says no team shirts and the Eventmasters guest guide for Beyond adds no trainers, so dress to the wording of whoever sold you the package.
- Children: Seat Unique describes the premium experiences as family-friendly and states no age limit
- Bags: nothing larger than A4, according to the club
- Re-entry: none, so leaving the stadium ends your access to the lounge
- Away supporters: every lounge sits in a home area, and guests openly supporting the opposition or wearing its colours can be refused entry or ejected without compensation
- Dietary needs: tell the seller in advance, because requests cannot always be met on the day
- Identification: Seat Unique recommends carrying ID in case you are asked to prove ownership of the ticket
When the tunnel club earns its price
Beyond is worth it at the right fixture and hard to justify at the wrong one. The Toffees Online reviewed the lounge at the Carabao Cup tie against Mansfield Town in August 2025, paying £170 against a usual £700 to £1,000 on Seat Unique, and judged anything below £200 to be "incredible value" while calling £700 a stretch.
The same logic runs down the ladder. Cup ties and midweek league games carry the lowest prices, and the Carabao Cup fourth round tie against Newcastle United on 27 October 2026 is on sale across the lounges. Matching the product to the occasion saves more than shopping between sellers:
- Groups of friends: Village Street, with four venues to move between and an hour of bar time after the match
- Couples or a birthday meal: Trinity Place Restaurant or Domingo's, accepting that tables are shared
- Client entertaining: a Private Box for 10 or the Super Box for 20

Derby day and the other dates that sell first
