The Siamo Noi card is the one tourists ask about. It is bought at tdt.inter.it, at the Inter Store Castello or at listed Vivaticket outlets, and it earns its €15 on the derby, where card holders get a window before the INTERISTA phase, and on away sectors, which are closed to anyone without a fan card. For a Sunday visit from Como or Genoa it changes nothing.
When the General Sale Opens, Match by Match
The general sale for a standard fixture opens quickly. Inter vs Monza on 22 August 2026 went to the public on 31 July, 22 days out. Inter vs Napoli, a Big Match fixture, opened its early windows on 4 August and reached the public on 7 August for a 5 September kick-off. Inter vs Club Brugge had a single 36-hour priority window before the open sale on 3 September. Big matches follow a longer script. For the November 2025 derby, sales ran over nine days: Secondo Anello Blu season ticket holders on day one, FULL holders on day two with a two-ticket limit, PLUS holders and Inter Club PLUS members on day three, BASE holders and Inter Club BASE members on day four, then a three-day window for anyone with a Siamo Noi card issued before a cut-off date, then a day for every INTERISTA member, then the open sale from 16:00 after a morning bank-card presale. The Juventus visit in February 2026 used the same sequence. The 2026/27 notices for the Juventus and Milan home games had not been published as of 25 September 2026, so treat that nine-day pattern as the working assumption rather than a fixed date.
The phase that matters for a fan without a card is the INTERISTA day. Registration is free and puts you a full day ahead of the open sale on the fixtures where a day is the difference between a seat and nothing. Each match listing also carries a "notify me" alert that emails you when sales open.
BASE, PLUS and What a Name Change Costs
Every single-match ticket comes in three fares, and the fare decides whether you can hand the ticket to someone else. Your Name Is on the Ticket, and Your Passport Proves It
Italian stadium regulations make every ticket nominative, and Inter enforce it at the profile, not just the gate. After the 2026 myInter update, the name, surname and date of birth on an account can no longer be edited by the user; corrections go through customer service with a copy of an ID document. Tickets bought for a friend through your profile appear only on the friend's profile, so the person attending needs their own account with their own details before anyone buys.
Whether stewards check ID at every turnstile is not something the club states in its 2026/27 notices. Fans on the TripAdvisor Milan forum report passport checks at ticket collection and at first entry, and their advice is to carry the passport used at purchase and not to worry about a missing middle name. The safe rule is simple: the name on the ticket matches the passport in your pocket, or you use the one permitted change before the match to make it so.
Juventus, the Derby and the Liverpool Trick
Inter host Juventus on 9 or 10 January 2027 and AC Milan on 14 February 2027, with Roma following on 10 or 11 April. Those are the three Serie A dates where a general sale may open with nothing in it, because two-ticket allowances across four season ticket phases plus the Siamo Noi and INTERISTA windows can clear the stadium first. Two face-value routes survive for those dates. The first is the INTERISTA phase described above. The second is the season ticket resale platform: under the 2026/27 season ticket conditions, holders can list their seat between 72 and 25 hours before kick-off, the buyer pays the price in force for that sector at the time and the seller receives 50% as club credit. FULL holders can use it on 20 matches, PLUS on eight and BASE only on the four Big Match fixtures, so the last three days before a derby are worth a refresh of the match listing.
The Champions League is easier. League-phase games sit only inside FULL season tickets, so more seats reach the public. The club has also confirmed that anyone who buys a Brugge ticket gets a priority phase for Inter vs Liverpool on Tuesday 19 January 2027 at 21:00, using the fiscal seal number printed on the Brugge ticket. New Entrances and a Shrinking Car Park
San Siro changed this summer. Inter and AC Milan completed the purchase of the stadium from the City of Milan in November 2025 and the construction site for the new ground now sits beside the old one. From Inter vs Monza on 22 August 2026, entrances seven to 10 no longer exist, the west-side entrances at the Red sectors are emergency exits only, Via dei Piccolomini is closed to pedestrians and the club says parking will keep shrinking through the season.
- Orange, Green and Red sectors: M1 red line to Lotto.
- Orange, Blue and Red sectors: M5 lilac line to San Siro Stadio, or tram 16 to Stadio Meazza.
- Entrance 2 is mandatory for Secondo Verde, entrance 3 for Terzo Verde and entrance 15 bis is exclusive to the Terzo Blu away section.
- Every other ticket shows a recommended entrance, and the club allows you to pick a shorter queue elsewhere.
