A Different Queue for Every Opponent
Juventus sells every home match in priority phases, and the line-up is set fixture by fixture. Napoli has four priority groups across three opening dates so far (J1897, then Black&White, then season ticket holders and Juventus Card holders together on 29 September), with a public sale still only "potential". Milan got four, with the Juventus Card acting as a sector restriction inside the later phases instead of a window of its own. Lazio got two: one joint member window, then the public sale five days later.
The groups that can be placed ahead of the public, depending on the match:
- J1897 members (€189.70, £163, as of September 2026): usually the earliest member access on high-demand matches, plus the lowest member price.
- Black&White members (from €45, £39): the second window for Big Matches, a joint first window for the rest.
- Full and Star season ticket holders: an "Extra" window to buy additional seats for other Juventus fans.
- Juventus Card holders: a dedicated purchase option on some matches (Napoli, Omonia), a sector requirement on others (Milan).
- General sale: open to anyone with a free Juventus account and no paid membership; its timing varies by fixture.
Hospitality sits outside this order. Premium and VIP seats are sold from the first phase to anyone, member or not, which makes them the one club route that never waits for the public window.
Twelve Days for Milan, Same Day for NEC
There is no fixed countdown to the general sale. Several guides repeat a "two weeks before the match" rule, and the club's 2026/27 notices do not support it. The gap depends entirely on demand.

The Juventus vs Napoli row is the one to watch. Juventus opened sales to season ticket holders and Juventus Card holders on 29 September and says only that a "potential general sale phase will be communicated afterwards". For the Champions League play-off against Galatasaray in February 2026, Juventus first said any remaining tickets would go on public sale on 20 February; the final sale notice then stated that tickets were no longer available, so there would be no public sale. By contrast, Europa League tickets for league-phase nights have reached the public quickly, NEC on the same day as members and Omonia one week after, at a fraction of the Serie A price.
Sale dates are published match by match on the Juventus first-team tickets listing, usually a few weeks ahead. Check it on the morning a window opens; the curva sectors go first.
The €15 Card That Decides the Curva
Reaching the general sale does not mean every seat is open to you. The Juventus Card is a loyalty card, not a membership, and on some high-demand fixtures, Milan and Napoli so far this season, it works as a second gate inside the public sale. This is the point most English-language guides get wrong in one direction or the other.

The residency rule catches expats more often than tourists. A Juventus supporter living in Rome cannot buy Juventus vs Lazio seats through the club without an active card, whatever their passport says. Visitors travelling from the UK or the Gulf are not affected by that clause, only by the sector restrictions.
The card costs €15 (£13) plus shipping as of September 2026 and is valid for 10 years, according to the club's FAQ. Juventus quotes roughly 25 days for shipping after documents are validated, but the wait does not block a purchase: the club's FAQ says restricted tickets can be bought as soon as the activated card number appears in your MyJuve profile. Online sales of the card are limited to buyers aged 16 or over.

What a Seat Costs, Stand by Stand
Juventus prices by opponent, and the spread is wide. The same upper-tier seat costs roughly two-thirds more for Milan than for Lazio. The figures below are full-price general sale rates from the club's 2026/27 sale notices, before the service fee, converted at €1 to £0.86 on 30 September 2026.

Europa League nights sit far below both columns: €14 to €20 (£12 to £17) in the curva and €25 to €60 (£21 to £51) along the sides for Omonia, with Under 14 seats first advertised from €5 (£4) and listed by Juventus from €10 (£9) on 30 September 2026. Prices for Napoli in the card-holder phase reached €225 (£193) in the central block of Est 1.
For a first visit, the side stands are the sensible pick. Sud is the home ultras' end and carries the card rule at the matches most visitors want. Families get the most value in Est 2 and Ovest 2, where the Under 14 rate applied for Lazio from €29 (£25). Block-by-block sightlines are covered in the Allianz Stadium seating plan.
One Name, One Phone, One Passport
This is where trips go wrong. Italian stadium rules make every ticket nominative, and Juventus states on each sale notice that all fans must show a ticket and valid ID at the gate. Stewards compare the two, and the club's ticket terms allow them to refuse entry when the names differ.
From 2026/27 there is no paper and no PDF. Juventus says Allianz Stadium is the first ground in Italy with fully digital access: the ticket lives in the Allianz Stadium App or a phone wallet. A screenshot of someone else's barcode is not a plan.
The name can be changed, within limits set by the club's 2026/27 ticket terms:
- One change per ticket holder, per match.
- The deadline is four hours before kick-off, moved from 23:59 the previous day in 2025/26.
- Changes apply only to tickets bought through the club's own ticket shop, and only where Juventus allows them for that match.
- The new holder must meet every restriction on the ticket, including card, residency and any limits set by the national sports-events observatory (ONMS).
- Name changes can be switched off entirely; Juventus did not allow them for the Galatasaray tie in 2025/26.
Buying for friends works the same way. The four-ticket limit covers the whole group, each seat is issued in one named person's details and during member phases every holder must be a member eligible for that phase. Bring valid photo ID matching the personal details on the ticket.
Inter in May, Torino in January
Five home dates decide how hard a Juventus season is for a non-member. Milan has been played. Napoli, on 1 November, is on sale to card holders now. The Derby della Mole against Torino is set for 6 January 2027, Roma visit on the weekend of 6 and 7 March 2027 and the Derby d'Italia against Inter is the last major home date, on the weekend of 15 and 16 May 2027 (Matchday 36), two rounds before Frosinone close the home calendar. Exact kick-offs are confirmed by Lega Serie A nearer the time.
Based on the Milan and Napoli sales, Torino, Roma and Inter may also use separate priority windows, Juventus Card restrictions and limited public availability. A stadium that was 98.9% full outside the away section last season does not leave much after each priority group has bought up to four seats per buyer. The mirror image of this system, Inter Milan's sale phases at San Siro, works on the same logic with a different card.
Four Ways Round the Queue, and What Each Costs
A non-member who misses the general sale, or cannot risk waiting for one, has three authorised routes and one independent route.
Hospitality. Juventus Premium Club packages start from €199 (£171) as of September 2026, according to the Omonia sale notice, and are on sale from the first phase. Expect a multiple of that for Inter or Napoli; the club does not publish big-match hospitality rates in advance.
The lowest-priced membership. Black&White at €45 (£39) gives priority access ahead of the public on high-demand fixtures. For a single Lazio-level match it is poor value, because the general sale opened five days after the member window with prices listed for every stand. For Inter, Torino or Napoli it can provide earlier access and a wider choice before any public sale. On the Milan and Napoli notices the curva card requirement applied to the season ticket, card and public phases, not to the member windows.
The club's authorised agent. Juventus named P1 Travel its exclusive authorised ticket agent on 28 August 2026, covering general admission seats and travel packages for Serie A, Coppa Italia and European fixtures, with no membership required. As of 30 September 2026 its listed starting prices were €199 (£171) for Napoli, €75 (£64) for Lazio and €59 (£51) for Torino.
The secondary market. Be clear-eyed about this one. Italy's 2017 Budget Law (Law 232/2016) restricts unauthorised secondary resale of tickets, with penalties of €5,000 to €180,000, and the regulator AGCOM fined one resale platform €23.58 million in June 2022. Juventus's 2026/27 ticket terms recognise the club's own and authorised sales channels and reserve the right to refuse tickets bought anywhere else. A buyer on any independent marketplace, 1BoxOffice included, carries that risk, which is why the name on the ticket and the refund terms deserve more attention than the price.
