On 7 October 2026 the lowest resale listing for the same room stood at about £594. Between those two numbers came a play-off final win at Wembley, a first Premier League season since 2016/17 and a club announcement on 28 August that every seasonal place had gone. Hull City hospitality packages are now a match-by-match purchase with no public price list.
Article Summary: Premium matchdays at Hull City's MKM Stadium are built around three West Stand lounges, the Circle Restaurant, the Corendon Airlines Raich Carter Suite and Premier Tiger in the Kingston Suite, plus 28 executive boxes. Seasonal places for 2026/27 are sold out, single matches are released selectively and the club has not printed Premier League prices for any lounge.
- Hull City announced on 28 August 2026 that all seasonal hospitality for the 2026/27 Premier League season had sold out, leaving match sponsorship and selected single matches.
- Hull City's 2025/26 Championship price list set single matches at £85 for Premier Tiger, £115 for the Corendon Airlines Raich Carter Suite and £145 for the Circle Restaurant, all plus VAT.
- Resale listings for Hull City home games started at about £195 for Premier Tiger, £394 for the Corendon Lounge and £594 for the Circle Restaurant on Ticket-Compare on 7 October 2026.
- Hull FC, the rugby league club that shares the MKM Stadium, sells the same Circle Restaurant at £65 for members and £100 for non-members in 2026.
- Hull City last published an executive box price in September 2023: £1,550 per match or £16,000 for the season for a box of ten.
Scarcity is doing the work. Memberships, Hull City's version of a season ticket, sold out in July 2026, and the club put the total at more than 19,000 in its ticket update of 26 July, in a ground that holds around 25,000. That leaves a thin general sale for fixtures such as Hull City vs Leeds United on Tuesday 29 December, and it pushes late buyers towards the lounges. Every figure below was checked on 7 October 2026 against the club's own listings, the fixture list and live seller prices.
Three rooms, 28 boxes, one stand

Everything premium at the MKM Stadium sits in the West Stand. The Circle Restaurant and the 28 executive boxes are on the second floor between the two tiers, according to the stadium's venue listing with Stadium Experience, and all three lounges come with a padded West Stand seat. The MKM Stadium seating plan shows where that puts you relative to the halfway line.
| Room | Format | Food and drink in the club's latest listing | Suits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Circle Restaurant | Pitch-facing restaurant with live entertainment and Q&As with former players | Five-course meal and fine dining on the current listing, with a premium bar selection | Client entertaining, celebrations |
| Corendon Airlines Raich Carter Suite | Modern lounge, less formal than the restaurant | Open buffet, fully inclusive pre-match drinks and a matchday programme | Groups who want food and drink covered without a set meal |
| Premier Tiger (Kingston Suite) | Sports bar | Street food to buy in 2025/26; the 2026/27 seasonal version adds a first drink and street food dining | Supporters who want a padded seat and a bar |
| Executive box | Private room for ten with padded seats directly outside and a dedicated host | Choice from four-course dining to street food | Companies and parties of ten |
Two details need checking before you pay. Hull City's matchday hospitality listing describes the Circle Restaurant meal as five courses, while the club's 2025/26 seasonal announcement says four. The bar is the second: the 2023/24 listing for the same room described drinks as available to purchase, so ask what is poured free before assuming an inclusive matchday.
The last price list Hull put in print

Hull City has not published single-match lounge prices for 2026/27. The most recent full list is the one in its 2025/26 seasonal hospitality announcement, issued for a Championship season, and it is the only reliable baseline. Every figure in it was quoted before VAT, so the amount charged was 20% higher than the headline.
| Room | Single match, 2025/26 | With VAT | Season, 2025/26 | 2026/27 status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Circle Restaurant | £145 + VAT | £174 | £2,650 + VAT | Seasonal sold out, single-match price not published |
| Corendon Airlines Raich Carter Suite | £115 + VAT | £138 | £2,360 + VAT | Seasonal sold out, single-match price not published |
| Premier Tiger | £85 + VAT | £102 | £1,350 + VAT | Seasonal from £1,300, sold out |
| Executive box for ten | £1,550 per match (September 2023) | VAT treatment not stated | £16,000 (September 2023) | Price on request |
The Championship trend was gentle. The Circle Restaurant cost £129 a head in August 2023, £139 plus VAT in 2024/25 and £145 plus VAT in 2025/26, according to the club's own match announcements. The Kingston Suite stayed at £85 plus VAT across the last two of those seasons. Members paid less: in 2024/25 Hull City offered them the restaurant at £107 plus VAT and the Kingston Suite from £53 plus VAT.
None of that binds the club in the Premier League. Hull City introduced Category A, B and C pricing for match tickets on 26 July 2026 and has not said whether the lounges follow the same bands. Treat the table as the floor a single match could plausibly start from, not as a quote.
Cup ties sit outside the league list. Premier Tiger was the only seasonal product whose 2025/26 listing covered domestic cup games as well as the league, and Hull City enter the FA Cup in the third round on the weekend of 9 January 2027. Whether the MKM Stadium stages that tie depends on the draw, so ask how a home cup game would be priced before you book.
Resale prices against the club's last list

Hull City has not published single-match prices for 2026/27, so the only figures on public view are resale listings. On 7 October 2026 the comparison site Ticket-Compare showed a starting price for each lounge at Hull City home games. The table sets each one against what the club last charged for the same room.
| Room | Resale starting price, 7 October 2026 | Club single-match price, 2025/26, with VAT | Resale against club price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premier Tiger | About £195 | £102 | 1.9 times |
| Corendon Lounge | About £394 | £138 | 2.9 times |
| Circle Restaurant | About £594 | £174 | 3.4 times |
The resale figures were listed in US dollars, at $258, $523 and $788, and are converted here at £0.754 to the dollar, the rate on the same day.
The two columns are not like for like. The club prices come from a Championship season and the resale prices are for Premier League fixtures, so some of the gap is simply promotion. It is still wide enough to act on: contact Hull City's commercial team first, because a single match released anywhere near the old list would cost far less than the open market. If the club has nothing for your fixture, resale is the remaining route and these are the starting prices to expect.

Three home games in three weeks

The fixture list concentrates demand. Hull City vs Liverpool is on Boxing Day with a 5.30pm kick-off, Leeds United arrive three days later on Tuesday 29 December at 7.30pm and Hull City vs Arsenal follows on Saturday 16 January 2027, according to the Premier League's fixture list and its festive broadcast selections. Manchester City are due on Saturday 27 February. All dates can move for television.
Those are the fixtures when lounge places are typically hardest to find and when resale prices can sit furthest from the old list. Midweek and early-season fixtures against clubs outside the traditional top six are where selected single-match releases may be easier to land. Ask the club which games are open before fixing on a date.
The rugby prices that turn up in the same search

Search for the Circle Restaurant and you will find places at £65. Those are not football prices. Hull FC, the Super League club that shares the stadium, sells the same room for its 2026 home games at £65 for members and £100 for non-members, according to Hull FC's hospitality listing, and takes bookings through Seat Unique.
The rooms, the stand and often the menu format are shared, which is why the two get mixed up. The clubs, the booking routes and the prices are separate. The Seat Unique listing linked from Hull FC is a rugby league booking. Football bookings go through Hull City's own commercial team.
Booking one match when the season places are gone

Hull City sells its own hospitality. The route is the enquiry form or the availability link on the club's matchday hospitality listing, or the commercial team directly on commercial@wearehullcity.co.uk and 01482 358323. In September 2024 the club asked Members who wanted to upgrade a seat for one game to phone or email the commercial team instead of booking online.
Before you confirm, settle four things in writing:
- Whether the quoted price includes VAT, since the club's lists have been quoted without it.
- Which drinks are included and when the bar switches to paid service.
- The dress code for your room. Hull City does not publish one online; the agency DN Global describes smart casual with club colours not permitted in most lounges, which the club should confirm.
- Child prices and parking, neither of which appears in the current listings.
If the lounges are closed for your fixture, a standard seat is the fallback. Our guide to buying Hull City tickets without a Membership covers the general sale and the resale route.
How Hull compares with Leeds, Sunderland and Coventry

Hull's last published entry price sits well below what sellers ask for Leeds United, the other Yorkshire club in the division. The figures below come from different sellers and dates, so read them as a guide to scale.
| Club | Entry point | Source and date |
|---|---|---|
| Hull City | £85 + VAT (£102), Premier Tiger | Club list, 2025/26 Championship season |
| Leeds United | £229, Centenary Pavilion for Leeds United v Hull City | Club Sports and Events, 17 September 2026 |
| Sunderland | £170 including VAT, v Brighton & Hove Albion | Seat Unique, 21 September 2026 |
| Coventry City | £80 including VAT, Balcony Street Bar | Club matchday list dated 18 July 2025 |
The pattern at Hull, Sunderland and Coventry is the same: seasonal places sold, single matches rationed and last season's price lists quietly retired. Our guides to Leeds United hospitality, Sunderland's lounges and Coventry City's matchday rooms set out each club room by room.
Sunderland also ended Hull's League Cup run, winning 1-0 at the Stadium of Light on 8 September 2026 in the third round. That leaves no EFL Cup night at the MKM Stadium this season, and the competition now runs to a Wembley final on 21 March 2027.
