No London Underground station is within convenient walking distance of the Selhurst Park away end: three National Rail stations sit 13 to 19 minutes away on foot, and the one actually called Crystal Palace is two miles from the ground. Pick the wrong station, the wrong pub or a seat at the back of the stand and a simple trip gets harder than it needs to be.
Article Summary: Away fans at Selhurst Park sit in Blocks R, S and T of the Arthur Wait Stand, next to the Whitehorse Lane end, and reach the ground by train to Norwood Junction, Selhurst or Thornton Heath. Turnstiles usually open two hours before kick-off, bags must be A4 or smaller, every kiosk is cashless and a Premier League away ticket costs no more than £30.
- Liverpool received 2,806 tickets for the match on 8 November 2026, including 29 wheelchair bays, priced at £30 for adults, £23 for over-65s and 18 to 21s and £19 for under-18s.
- Crystal Palace have installed rail seating in rows 1 to 32 of Blocks R, S and T for 2026/27, excluding seats 69 to 75 in Block T.
- Norwood Junction is 0.6 miles from Selhurst Park (about 13 minutes on foot), Selhurst is 0.7 miles (15 minutes) and Thornton Heath is 0.8 miles (19 minutes), according to the club's 2026/27 visiting supporters guide.
- The Premier League's £30 cap on away tickets was extended by a unanimous club vote on 19 March 2026 and now runs to the end of the 2027/28 season.
- Roads around Selhurst Park close three hours before kick-off and reopen about an hour after the final whistle, and there is no parking at the stadium.
This guide covers what visiting supporters need for a matchday at Selhurst Park in 2026/27, built around the questions fans post before they travel: where you will be sat, how you get a ticket, which of the three stations to use, which pubs will let you in and how you get back to a London terminal after a late kick-off. Away allocations are sold by the visiting club and nobody else. Resale Crystal Palace tickets on 1BoxOffice are for the home areas of the ground, which suits Palace supporters and neutrals and is covered honestly further down.
Matches at Selhurst Park worth planning around in 2026/27

Television has already reshaped Palace's winter home programme. Manchester United now visit on a Sunday at 19:00, Arsenal have moved from Boxing Day to Sunday 27 December at 19:00 in the middle of the Christmas rail timetable and Chelsea arrive on a Wednesday night. Palace are also in the Europa League league phase this season, which adds Thursday 20:00 kick-offs that do not finish until around 21:50.
| Match | Date and kick-off (UK) | Competition | Why it matters to away fans |
|---|---|---|---|
| Crystal Palace vs Real Sociedad | Thu 26 Nov 2026, 20:00 | Europa League | European night; visiting allocation set under UEFA rules and a finish close to 22:00 |
| Crystal Palace vs Hull City | Sun 29 Nov 2026, 14:05 | Premier League | Sunday afternoon; check weekend engineering works on the Southern routes before booking |
| Crystal Palace vs Manchester United | Sun 13 Dec 2026, 19:00 | Premier League | Moved to Sunday evening for television; the final whistle is around 20:50, so check the last train north |
| Crystal Palace vs Sunderland | Wed 16 Dec 2026, 19:30 | EFL Cup quarter-final | Cup tie live on Sky Sports; allocation and prices follow the competition's rules, not the league's £30 cap |
| Crystal Palace vs Arsenal | Sun 27 Dec 2026, 19:00 | Premier League | London derby on a reduced Christmas timetable; plan the return before you travel |
| Crystal Palace vs Bournemouth | Wed 30 Dec 2026, 19:30 | Premier League | Midweek evening between Christmas and New Year; check the last train to the south coast |
| Crystal Palace vs Chelsea | Wed 6 Jan 2027, 19:30 | Premier League | London derby; a short trip for the visitors, with the allocation likely to go on loyalty points |
| Crystal Palace vs Sparta Prague | Thu 21 Jan 2027, 20:00 | Europa League | Final home night of the league phase |
| Crystal Palace vs Tottenham Hotspur | Sat 23 Jan 2027, 15:00 (subject to TV selection) | Premier League | Likely to move; wait for the broadcast picks before buying rail tickets |
| Crystal Palace vs Brighton | Sat 15 May 2027, 15:00 (subject to TV selection) | Premier League | Palace's fiercest rivalry; expect tighter policing around the away end |
Dates and times up to early January follow the Premier League's broadcast selections, UEFA's league phase calendar and the quarter-final date both clubs confirmed on 4 November 2026; anything later keeps its original slot until the next round of television picks. Away allocations for every one of these matches are sold by the visiting club, while resale Premier League tickets for the home areas are sold through 1BoxOffice.
One ground, three stations and no Tube: Selhurst Park at a glance

Selhurst Park sits on Whitehorse Lane in SE25, in the borough of Croydon, about eight miles south of central London. It is a tight, four-sided ground of just over 25,000 seats in the middle of terraced streets, which is why the roads close, the parking is permit-only and almost every visiting supporter arrives by train. The table below is the short version of everything that follows.
| At a glance | Selhurst Park (Crystal Palace) |
|---|---|
| Address | Whitehorse Lane, London SE25 6PU |
| Capacity | Just over 25,000, all seated |
| Away section | Corner of the Arthur Wait Stand next to the Whitehorse Lane end; Blocks R, S and T |
| Premier League allocation | About 2,800 (Liverpool 2,806 in November 2026, Manchester City 2,769 in August 2026, each including 29 wheelchair bays) |
| Standing | Rail seats in rows 1 to 32 of Blocks R, S and T from 2026/27, except seats 69 to 75 in Block T |
| Away entrances | Printed on your ticket; visiting clubs have been sent to Entrances 5 to 7, with the Away Collection Point next to Entrance 4 |
| Turnstiles open | Usually two hours before kick-off; 90 minutes for the Hoffenheim match on 5 November 2026 |
| Bags | One bag of A4 or smaller (297mm x 210mm x 210mm), able to fit under your seat; free left luggage at the Information Centre by Entrance 9 |
| Payment | Cashless: cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay |
| Nearest stations | Norwood Junction (13 minutes), Selhurst (15 minutes), Thornton Heath (19 minutes) |
| Station to avoid | Crystal Palace, which is two miles from the ground |
| Parking | None at the stadium; permit-only streets and camera-enforced restrictions nearby |
South London has one other ground that draws big travelling support. The Den, home of Millwall, is a few miles north near South Bermondsey station, where a dedicated walkway takes visiting fans from the platform to the away turnstiles; resale Millwall tickets and EFL Championship tickets cover that side of the river if your club is in the second tier. Everything from here on is about Selhurst Park.
The corner of the Arthur Wait Stand: blocks, rails and the rows to avoid

The Arthur Wait Stand runs the length of one touchline, opposite the Main Stand, and the visiting section is the corner of it nearest the Whitehorse Lane end. That makes this a side-on away end, not one behind the goal, with the Holmesdale Road Stand and its singing section at the far end of the ground. The stand dates from 1969 and has a single tier under a low roof, which is why visiting supporters are loud here: the sound has nowhere to go.
The same roof is the reason the view divides opinion. From the front and middle rows you are close to the pitch with a clear sightline. Further back, the roof cuts off the top of the ground, supporting pillars sit in the eyeline and the television gantry blocks part of the far side. Visiting fans' reviews repeat the same advice year after year: choose a low row if you are given the choice. One Sunderland supporter writing after a September 2025 visit put the cut-off at row 13. Palace acknowledge the problem in the pricing, because restricted-view seats in the away allocation are sold at £2 less for adults and £1 less for concessions, as of November 2026.
The change for 2026/27 is the rails. Palace announced on 28 August 2026 that rail seating had been installed in the away end, and Liverpool's ticket notice for the 8 November match gives the detail: rows 1 to 32 of Blocks R, S and T, excluding seats 69 to 75 in Block T. Palace's ground regulations allow standing only in licensed standing areas and only for ticket holders allocated to them, so read your own club's sale notice for how the section is being run on the day. Rows behind row 32 keep the older seats, some of them wooden, with tight legroom by current standards.
Facilities are basic. Visiting fans describe the away concourse as narrow, partly open to the weather and crowded at half-time, so buy food before kick-off if you can. If you are a neutral weighing up a home-area seat instead, the Selhurst Park seating plan shows every block in all four stands, and resale Selhurst Park tickets state the block and the supporter area each seat is sold for.

Four things that are different from last season

Most online guides to this ground were written before summer 2026 and still describe the old set-up. These are the four changes a returning visitor will notice.
- Rail seats in the away corner. Rows 1 to 32 of Blocks R, S and T now have rails, as set out above.
- Phone passes for some clubs. Liverpool supporters had to download a one-off NFC pass (a contactless ticket held in the phone's wallet) for the November 2026 match, with forwarding switched off.
- The Fanzone went and came back. Earlier visiting-club guides described an Away Fan Zone in the main car park by Entrance 10. The original Fanzone was removed in summer 2026 during the Main Stand redevelopment, and Palace announced the return of Fanzone activities on 9 October 2026, with music, skills games, food and drink from two to three hours before kick-off. The club's matchgoers' guides do not say whether visiting supporters can use it and the 2026/27 visiting supporters guide does not list an away area, so check whether a dedicated away area is available for your match and do not assume you can enter the general Fanzone.
- Building work on the Main Stand side. Palace said on 28 August 2026 that six houses on Wooderson Close had been demolished, hoardings were up and the main reception and lounges had moved to make room for the new 13,500-seat Main Stand, which the club says will lift capacity beyond 34,000. Football Ground Guide reported in October 2026 that progress had stalled while the club looked for investment. The away section remains in the Arthur Wait Stand, although supporters should check for access changes during redevelopment.
Getting an away ticket: allocations, the £30 cap and phone passes

Away tickets for Selhurst Park are sold by your own club, never by Crystal Palace. Premier League rules entitle the visiting club to 3,000 tickets, or 10% of capacity at grounds holding fewer than 30,000, and in practice Palace have issued about 2,800 this season: 2,769 to Manchester City for the match on 28 August 2026 and 2,806 to Liverpool for 8 November. Each club then sells through its own loyalty ladder. Liverpool's first round of sales opened on 8 October to members with 17 or more away credits and had dropped to 14 by the following afternoon, so a supporter without a purchase history rarely gets near an allocation this small.
| Away ticket at Selhurst Park | Price (Liverpool's allocation, November 2026) |
|---|---|
| Adult | £30 |
| Over 65 | £23 |
| Young adult, 18 to 21 | £23 |
| Under 18 | £19 |
| Restricted view | £2 less for adults, £1 less for concessions |
The £30 adult price is the Premier League cap, in place since 2016/17. All 20 clubs voted on 19 March 2026 to keep it for two more seasons, to the end of 2027/28, and the league credits it with lifting away attendance from 82% to 91% of allocations. The loyalty systems behind each allocation differ from club to club, and our guides to Liverpool's away credits, Manchester United's away ballot, Arsenal's away credits, Chelsea's loyalty points and Tottenham's Ticketing Points explain the cut-offs for the clubs still to visit. Our Premier League ticket price index sets the capped away price against what home seats cost at each ground.
The cap covers league matches only. Resale FA Cup tickets and EFL Cup tickets are priced under each competition's own rules, and so is the visiting allocation for those ties.
Delivery depends on the visiting club. Liverpool's tickets for November 2026 were one-off NFC passes emailed three days before the match, with no forwarding and with ID checks possible at the turnstile; other clubs still issue a mix of digital and paper tickets. Download the pass before you leave home, charge the phone and keep bank cards away from the back of the case, because the reader can pick up the wrong chip.
One legal point needs stating plainly. Reselling a ticket for a designated football match in England and Wales without the home club's authorisation is an offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. The law makes no distinction between home and away sections, so it covers the away allocation and every other part of the ground. This is general guidance, not legal advice. If you cannot get into your club's allocation, the compliant route is your club's later sales windows and returns. A home seat is not a workaround: Palace's visiting supporters guide says that visiting supporters seated in any home section "will be dealt with immediately and ejected", and away colours are not permitted in any of the hospitality lounges either.
Palace supporters and neutrals, including visitors from abroad who simply want to see a Premier League match, are the buyers home-area seats are meant for. Our guide to buying Crystal Palace tickets without a membership and the Crystal Palace hospitality guide are written for those buyers, not for supporters of the visiting club. You can register with 1BoxOffice in a minute and track your order until the ticket arrives.
Norwood Junction, Selhurst or Thornton Heath: picking your station

The right station depends on which London terminal you start from and what you want to do before the match. Trains from London Bridge reach Norwood Junction, trains from Victoria and Clapham Junction reach Selhurst and Thornton Heath. The Windrush line of the London Overground also calls at Norwood Junction from east London via Canada Water. All three stations are in Zone 4, so a contactless card or Oyster works without a paper ticket.
| Station | Direct from | Walk to the ground | Step-free | Matchday notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Norwood Junction | London Bridge (Southern); Windrush line via Canada Water; East Croydon | 0.6 miles, about 13 minutes | Platform 1 only (northbound stopping trains) | Shortest walk and the quickest route from London Bridge; regulars report the post-match queue keeps moving |
| Selhurst | London Victoria and Clapham Junction (Southern) | 0.7 miles, about 15 minutes | All platforms, with a long, steep slope to Platform 1 | Managed queue on Selhurst Road after the match; buses 75 and 157 stop outside |
| Thornton Heath | London Victoria and Clapham Junction; stopping trains from London Bridge | 0.8 miles, about 19 minutes | Lifts to all platforms | The station for the away pubs on the High Street and Brigstock Road |
| East Croydon | Gatwick Airport, London Bridge, Victoria and Thameslink routes | 2.2 miles; change for a local train | Yes | Fast-train interchange; the nearest place to find an accessible taxi |
| Crystal Palace | Overground and Southern | About 2 miles | Not relevant | The wrong station; the club advises against it |
Palace publish door-to-door times from the main terminals, walk included. Victoria to Selhurst is about 40 minutes and London Bridge to Norwood Junction about 30. From King's Cross or Euston, take the Northern line to London Bridge and change for Norwood Junction, about 50 minutes in all. From Waterloo, go to Clapham Junction and change for Selhurst, about 45 minutes, and from Paddington take the Circle line to Victoria, about an hour.
Check the route on the morning of the match as well as the night before. Engineering works closed Norwood Junction to trains entirely for Palace's home match against Liverpool in September 2025, when extra services ran to Selhurst and Thornton Heath instead. Palace also warned in October 2026 that works at Selhurst station were affecting some services, and Sunday and Christmas timetables are the ones most likely to change.
Entry, bags and what stays outside

Turnstiles usually open two hours before kick-off, but not always: Palace opened them 90 minutes before the 17:45 Europa League match against Hoffenheim on 5 November 2026, citing road closures and school and business closing times. Check the club's matchgoers' guide in the week of your match and aim to be at the ground at least 45 minutes ahead. Every bag is searched, supporters are searched by stewards and sniffer dogs may be working at the turnstiles, so the queue for the away entrances slows sharply in the last half hour. Take the entrance number from your ticket: visiting-club notices have pointed supporters to Entrances 5 to 7, and Everton's supporters were sent to Entrance 6 in February 2025.
| Item | Rule at Selhurst Park |
|---|---|
| Personal bag | One bag per person, A4 or smaller (297mm x 210mm x 210mm) and small enough to fit under your seat; searched on entry |
| Suitcases and large rucksacks | Refused at the turnstile; use the left luggage service |
| Left luggage | Free at the Information Centre by Entrance 9, from three hours before kick-off until 30 minutes after the final whistle |
| Soft drinks | Plastic bottles under one litre with a factory-sealed lid |
| Alcohol, cans and glass | Not allowed through the turnstiles |
| Smoking and vaping | Banned inside the stadium |
| Pyrotechnics, smoke canisters, air horns and laser devices | Banned; anything found is passed to the Metropolitan Police |
| E-bikes and e-scooters | Not permitted within the stadium footprint; free storage for ordinary bikes |
| Payment inside | Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay only |
The free left luggage desk is the detail most visiting fans miss. Few grounds in London store bags at all, and those that do usually charge for it, so a supporter arriving straight off an intercity train with a holdall can drop it at Entrance 9 and collect it afterwards. The visiting supporters guide says the desk shuts 30 minutes after the final whistle, although recent matchgoers' guides give 45 minutes, so treat 30 as the deadline. Uncollected bags are moved to Main Reception, so do not leave yours and go to the pub.
Where away fans drink before kick-off

Door policies around this ground are stricter than the map suggests, and ground guides contradict each other on several pubs. Treat the table as the position on 5 November 2026 and check your own club's travel notice in the week of the match.
| Pub | Where | Position for away fans |
|---|---|---|
| The Prince George | 2 High Street, Thornton Heath CR7 8LE; about 10 minutes from the ground | A commonly recommended pub for visiting supporters, subject to matchday entry restrictions: it has welcomed home and away fans and posts messages to visiting clubs before matches. Bring photo ID and confirm the door policy for your match, because its matchday door has been over-21s only |
| The Railway Telegraph | 19 Brigstock Road, beside Thornton Heath station | Listed for visiting supporters by Football Ground Guide and To The 92, but entry on a matchday is at the door staff's discretion; about 15 minutes from the ground |
| The Clifton Arms | Clifton Road, two minutes from the ground | Home supporters; entry can be limited to season ticket holders close to kick-off |
| The Cherry Trees | Station Road, by Norwood Junction station | A Palace pub in most accounts, although one guide lists it for visitors; do not rely on getting in wearing colours |
| Flora Sandes | Formerly by Thornton Heath station | Closed in May 2018, according to CAMRA, though older guides still recommend it |
The practical plan for a large group is to drink where the trains start. Victoria, London Bridge and Clapham Junction all have station pubs within sight of the departure boards, and Croydon town centre around East Croydon and West Croydon has a wider choice two miles from the ground. Supporters who want a pint near the stadium should get off at Thornton Heath, try The Prince George and walk to the away entrance from there.
Food, drink and what the day costs

Alcohol is served in the away concourse before kick-off and at half-time under a Challenge 25 policy, and early-bird offers run until 45 minutes before kick-off. Prices below are from Crystal Palace's 2026/27 visiting supporters guide.
| Item | Price (2026/27 club guide) |
|---|---|
| Beef and Cheddar pie, roast chicken pie or vegan Bombay potato pie | £6.50 |
| Hot dog or chicken tender snack box | £6.00 |
| Sausage roll | £5.20 |
| Pint of Coors lager | £6.00 |
| Pint of Palace Ale | £6.95 |
| Pint of cider | £6.50 |
| Wine, 187ml | £7.00 |
| Coca-Cola, 500ml | £3.60 |
| Water, 500ml | £2.10 |
| Pie and pint deal | £11.50 |
| Meal, snack and soft drink deal | £10.00 |
| Matchday programme | £3.50 |
An adult ticket, a pie and pint and a programme come to £45 before travel, as of November 2026. The larger cost is getting to London: Liverpool's supporters' coach for the 14:00 kick-off on 8 November left Merseyside at 06:00 and cost £45.50. Supporters staying overnight tend to choose between Croydon, where the hotels around East Croydon station are one stop from the ground, and central London near Victoria or London Bridge, where the direct trains start.
Getting home: the Selhurst Road queue and late kick-offs

All three stations run managed queues after a full house, and the away end is sometimes held back for a few minutes on higher-risk matches. Selhurst station has the most formal system: Selhurst Road is partly closed to traffic so supporters can queue in the carriageway, groups are held for short periods while trains load and the only way in is from Selhurst Road, not Edith Road. Norwood Junction is the shorter walk and its queue has the reputation of moving faster, which makes it the usual choice for anyone heading to London Bridge, King's Cross or Euston.
Evening kick-offs need arithmetic before you buy a rail ticket. A 19:00 start ends at about 20:50 and a 20:00 start at about 21:50. Add the walk, the station queue and the club's own 50-minute estimate to King's Cross or Euston, and a supporter leaving the Manchester United match on Sunday 13 December is unlikely to reach Euston before 22:00. Check the last departure with your train operator, and check Sunday and Christmas timetables twice, because they bear little resemblance to a normal Saturday.
Roads around the ground stay closed for about an hour after the final whistle, so a taxi or ride-share will not reach you near the stadium. Walk towards Thornton Heath or South Norwood before you book one, and remember that this is a residential area where the club asks supporters to keep the noise down on the way out.
Driving, coaches and taxis

Do not drive to Selhurst Park. There is no parking at the stadium, the surrounding streets are permit-only or time-limited and Croydon Council can fine or remove vehicles. Cameras enforce a residents-only traffic scheme on Holmesdale Road and Elm Park Road, and the roads immediately around the ground close three hours before kick-off. The club lists driveway rental services as an option at your own risk; a more reliable plan is to leave the car at an outer station on the Southern network, such as Purley Oaks, and take the train to Thornton Heath.
Supporters' coaches are booked through the visiting club, which passes on the set-down and collection arrangements. The club's drop-off point for private hire cars is the corner of Park Road and Whitehorse Lane, at the visiting supporters' end. There are no taxi ranks at Norwood Junction, Selhurst or Thornton Heath, so anyone who needs a taxi after the match should plan around East Croydon.
Accessibility for disabled away supporters

Visiting wheelchair users sit on a raised platform in the away section, and this season's allocations have included 29 wheelchair bays with a free place for a personal assistant, plus ambulant seating on request. Accessible tickets are requested through the visiting club, so tell your own disability liaison officer as early as you can. Accessible turnstiles open at the same time as the others, accessibility hosts wear maroon tabards and staff can take a food order at your seat.
Thornton Heath is the easiest station, with lifts to every platform. Selhurst is step-free throughout but has a long, steep slope to Platform 1, and Norwood Junction has step-free access to Platform 1 only, which is the northbound stopping service. Southern's assisted travel line is 0800 138 1016. For drivers, there are 10 Blue Badge bays in the Sainsbury's car park next to the stadium on a first come, first served basis, according to the 2026/27 guide.
Inside the ground, both sets of supporters can use the accessible toilets, and a Changing Places facility sits near the accessible viewing platform in the lower Holmesdale Road Stand. Audio-described commentary headsets should be booked in advance by email to dlo@cpfc.co.uk, and the club has eight mobile induction loops and a sensory room beneath the Whitehorse Lane Stand.
European nights and cup ties at Selhurst Park

Palace qualified for the Europa League as Conference League winners, and the league phase brings Real Sociedad on Thursday 26 November 2026 and Sparta Prague on Thursday 21 January 2027, both at 20:00. European allocations follow UEFA's rules, which require at least 5% of capacity for visiting supporters, roughly 1,250 to 1,300 seats at this ground, and cap the away price at €35 in this competition. Tickets are sold by the visiting club to its own members. Resale Europa League tickets for those nights are sold for the home areas only.
Domestic cups work differently again. Palace host Sunderland in the EFL Cup quarter-final on Wednesday 16 December 2026 at 19:30, with ticket details still to be announced by the clubs, and FA Cup rules allow a visiting club up to 15% of capacity, which here would be about 3,800 seats, well above a league allocation. Cup prices are set under each competition's rules, so the £30 league cap does not apply.
Flying in from the Gulf for a match in south London

Gatwick is the convenient airport for this ground. Trains from the airport reach East Croydon in about 15 to 20 minutes, and Selhurst and Norwood Junction are each one stop from there on a local service. From Heathrow, allow about an hour and a half through central London, changing at Victoria or London Bridge. Entry rules depend on your passport: nationals of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman need a UK Electronic Travel Authorisation before boarding, and our UK visa guide for Gulf football fans covers the application.
Kick-off times shift late for Gulf viewers and visitors alike. During the winter months a 19:00 start in London is 23:00 in the UAE and Oman and 22:00 in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. Inside the ground, a multi-faith room is available on request in advance or on the day at the Information Point, the kiosks take cards and phone payments only and a vegan Bombay potato pie is on the published menu; the club's guide gives no halal certification for the kiosks.
Whether a Gulf-based supporter can buy into an away allocation depends on the visiting club's membership and loyalty rules, and most allocations sell out to members long before any wider sale. A Gulf-based neutral or Palace supporter can buy a home-area seat in advance, checking the permitted supporter area before paying. Our Gulf fan guide to a London football weekend covers hotels, transport cards and the rest of the trip, and the sister guides for north London and Manchester follow the same format if you are seeing more than one match.

Frequently asked questions about away days at Selhurst Park
1. Can children sit in the away end at Selhurst Park?
-
Supporters aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over, children aged two and over need their own ticket and under-twos need written permission from Crystal Palace's safety officer.
2. Can away fans bring flags and banners into Selhurst Park?
-
Flags need Crystal Palace's approval in advance, with details sent to the club at least seven days before the match, flags on poles must be no larger than two metres by one metre and crowd-surfer flags are not allowed in the visiting section, so ask the club which fire certificate yours needs.
3. Is Selhurst Park safe for away fans?
-
Selhurst Park is heavily stewarded and policed on matchdays, visiting supporters are segregated in their own corner with separate entrances, and abuse can be reported anonymously by text to 07507 477 669 with your block, row and seat number.
4. What should away fans do if a ticket will not scan at Selhurst Park?
-
Ask the steward at the turnstile first, then take photo ID to the Away Collection Point at the top of Park Road next to Entrance 4, which opens with the turnstiles and handles duplicates arranged through the visiting club.
5. Is there a Tube station near Selhurst Park?
-
No Underground line serves Selhurst Park, so use National Rail to Norwood Junction, Selhurst or Thornton Heath, where contactless and Oyster cards are accepted because all three stations are in Zone 4.
Whether you are travelling on your club's away credits or looking for a neutral seat for a Premier League or European night in SE25, 1BoxOffice lists resale tickets for the home areas of Selhurst Park. Every order is backed by the 150% money-back guarantee: a full refund if your tickets are not received and no alternative is offered, plus a goodwill credit voucher of up to 50% of the order value (excluding fees and taxes, capped at £125) that 1BoxOffice may issue at its discretion under the terms and conditions. Check the permitted supporter area before you buy, because the guarantee does not override the club's own entry rules and the terms give no refund where a venue refuses entry.
